About the Role

Summary: All employees of Parker Performing Arts School will work together to achieve our school's vision and mission. In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed below, we seek an Office Assistant who can provide services for administration, teachers, parents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical support including: composing and editing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, sorting mail, and photocopying.
• Schedule and maintain various calendars for meetings.
• Assist with various department projects.
• Prepare routine reports and/or process work orders.
• Maintain and update department databases.
• May assist with the process of various purchase order vouchers, invoices, supplies, and material inventories.
• May coordinate the logistics for conferences and meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Answer and route telephone calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
• May greet visitors to the site.

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent (Required)

Compensation

• Base pay: $17.80 - $22.63/hr
• Career range upper: $27.45/hr
