Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with organizational and departmental policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.
  • Provides team leadership by setting clear goals and expectations, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.
  • Prioritizes patient and customer service by developing and implementing strategies to enhance the patient experience and improve satisfaction, addressing complaints and concerns promptly, and working to resolve issues effectively.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrates effective leadership to communicate the organization's vision and promote the success of its goals.
  • Controls budgets by verifying and ensuring appropriate use of staff, materials, supplies, and vendors.
  • Monitors and schedules department resources to meet all applicable codes and standards, maintaining proper documentation.
  • Implements record-keeping systems, cost-effective measures, inventory control, and standards of performance and productivity for self and staff to use time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Manages human resources including interviewing, retention, performance appraisals, employee relations, and staff development.
  • Coordinates with the leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration on departmental and organizational initiatives.
  • Participates in the development and administration of the department's budget, forecasting additional funds, equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Authorizes expenditures within the approved budget following finance policies and recommends adjustments as necessary.

Compensation

  • Base pay: $75,043.72 - $139,576.21/yr
