Responsibilities
- Interpret specification and requirements documents to write test procedures for the functional and environmental testing of Engineering, Flight, and Qualification Hardware
- Support Subsystem Level test through environmental testing including vibration, shock, EMI, thermal and thermal vacuum
- Debug, maintain, and repair Test Systems
- Manage the hardware and software product life cycle, including debug, integration test, and maintenance support
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and validate test data, identifying and confirming anomalies or passes
- Utilize computer software language applications and basic software skills to support troubleshooting operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Electrical Eng, Mechanical Eng, Aerospace Eng, or Computer Eng preferred), or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience with interpreting or creating drawings, schematics, specifications, and/or standards
- Familiarity with any computer software language application and/or basic software skills (C++, Python, MATLAB etc)
- Understanding and ability to use common use test equipment (Power Supplies, DMMs, O-Scopes, DAQs, etc.)
- Familiarity with test consoles and automated test equipment
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
Compensation
- Base pay: $73K - $129K/yr
