This role requires a candidate who excels in recruitment coordination and supporting hiring processes. You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for hiring organizations
- Monitoring completion of candidate background checks and pre-employment requirements
- Working with hiring managers on start dates and onboarding resources
- Welcoming new employees and assisting with I-9 verification
- Ensuring requisition compliance prior to closure
- Handling confidential information professionally
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, recruiting coordination, or HR
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail in data entry and documentation
