Responsibilities

• Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process

• Direct care includes Emergency Department level of care up to and including level 1 trauma designation
• BCEN's certification standards are included in evidence based care models

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 6 months of nursing (RN) experience. ENPC or PALS. TNCC or ATCN within 1 year * Registered Nurse * Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course * PALS Certification * Trauma Nurse Core Course * Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses * Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Compensation

• Base pay: $35.29 - $54.71/hr
