About the Role

This position is key in determining and verifying insurance coverage for services provided. The Insurance Representative will engage with patients and practitioners to ensure clarity on financial responsibilities and coverage issues.

Responsibilities

• Confirms insurance coverage and obtains necessary authorizations.
• Enters patient insurance information into records.
• Notifies patients of their financial responsibilities.
• Communicates with patients and practitioners regarding insurance issues.
• Requires critical thinking and the ability to work autonomously.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum Experience: None required.
