Requirements

• advised funds. Giving Specialists correspond regularly with donors, clients, investment advisors and charities.
• advised fund accounts and desire to assist clients in processing their grant recommendations.
• Effective communication (e.g., ability to present information accurately and confidently to both internal and external clients/customers, both in written and oral form).
• Demonstrated experience applying policies and guidelines (e.g., IRS guidelines) and reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Demonstrated experience with creative problem
• solving (e.g., adaptive mindset, prioritization, task management, critical thinking).
• Customer Orientation – Demonstrated concern for satisfying one’s external and/or internal customers
• Adopts professional approach to customers

Compensation

• Base pay: $27.88 - $33.65/hr
