The coolest jobs on this planet… or any other… are with Lockheed Martin Space. Are you looking for an opportunity where you can contribute to very important missions? The Refrigeration Mechanic at our Waterton facility located in Littleton, CO will:
  • Be a motivated self-starter, and Journeyman level commercial industrial HVAC experience. - Have a wide range of skills to service a wide spectrum of infrastructure equipment. - Refrigeration background should include ability to repair service and order materials, layout and install commercial refrigeration and A/C piping systems and equipment based on engineered drawings. - Work with medium and low-voltage equipment. - Work with electronic DDC, pneumatic and low voltage controls. Low temp storage and food service experience helpful, and cascade experience desirable. Centrifugal/screw/reciprocating chiller operation, diagnostic skills and repair experience are necessary, tear down experience helpful. This position maintains proper chemical treatment of open and closed loop piping systems, and maintain and periodically clean cooling towers, and works with level controllers and sensors on cooling towers and rundown tanks. Technician will also need to communicate with equipment and parts suppliers to research replacement parts or repair information on an as-needed basis.
