Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as Circuit Card Assembly, Module Integration, Test Operations, and Box Integration.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Experience leading small to medium sized teams.
• Related experience specifically in Quality/Production/Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, oral, and written communication skills and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task, be thorough and detail oriented, and demonstrate strong job closure and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing/ Quality processes and documentation.

Compensation

• The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180.
