Code Compliance Official

The Town of Castle Rock is seeking a Code Compliance Official to investigate zoning, land use, and sign code complaints for residential and commercial properties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Investigate zoning, land use, and sign code complaints
• Conduct field and property inspections to determine compliance
• Identify violations, issue notices of violation, and document findings
• Conduct follow-up inspections to verify compliance
• Serve as Town representative to property owners, residents, and businesses
• Explain code requirements clearly and professionally
• Mediate disputes and navigate adversarial situations professionally
